HTCL Lined Safety Valve
Taking advantage of excellent chemical stability and plasticity of fluorine plastic, the surface of main parts that contact with the media in the safety valve is coated with a layer of corrosion-resistant plastic material. It is an effective way to avoid the strong corrosive media damage to the valve structure. They suit the working conditions of highly corrosive media, such as saturated brine, wet chlorine gas, caustic soda, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid and so on.
HTS Medium Pressure Steam Safety Valve
They are designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII suit working conditions of vapor pressure below 10MPa, temperature below 400 ℃. Flexible seal is adopted that utilizes the system pressure to provide auxiliary seal and has high sealing reliability.
